For Unilever, the business case for diversity and inclusion is crystal clear. After attending an #IamRemarkable workshop at Google Moscow, the Unilever team was inspired to implement and introduce #IamRemarkable within Unilever.
Following the workshop, the #IamRemarkable team trained a number of Unilever employees to run the workshop, providing them with all the materials and support needed.
#IamRemarkable workshops are now running independently within Unilever who are training their employees across multiple sites and factories.
